Rochester Roundtable Notes
-------------------------------------------------
Once a month many of the film community in Rochester gather for lunch and a discussion of ongoing projects in the area. Here are some notes:

Fifth Year Productions has purchased Range Life Entertainment. They will be creating Range Life Mobile where they will take independent films on college campus tour. They will sell sponsors and Indy film makers will get exposure for their films. They have over 200 theaters and the films will be free for students to see possibly as early as February.

5th Floor Post Production should be complete by July 15th.

Reports are the NY State Tax Credit for film production will be in the NY State budget when it is passed and retroactive to anything that happens before passage. Currently the Credit is out of money. The rumored number is $420,000,000 in tax credits over the next 5 years.
