Rochester Movie Makers Summer Shorts Challenge Upate and April Meeting Notes
2009-04-28
The RMM Summer Shorts Challenge continues with the first Team Captain meeting Thursday night 4/30 at Spot Coffee, East Ave, 6pm. There are many good screenplays to help with. If you are a good project manager and want to work with others this summer supervising film productions, this meeting is for you.

Team Captains will meet every Thursday this summer and support each other making these projects. Previous experience in film making is not required, only a willingness to dedicate enough time to manage a project that involves lots of talented people working together. For more information, email stan@rochestermoviemakers.org.

Other Notes from the April 2009 Rochester Movie Makers Meeting

We set an attendance record of 50 people at the meeting and have passed the 400 mark on attendees and people who are signed up as members! The new location at 31 Prince Sreet (Visual Studies Workshop) has boosted our attendance. Thanks to them for their generous support of RMM.

Three of the short films from last years Summer Shorts Challenge played at the Little Theater Monday night. For Whom the Phone Rings, One Kill and X-Girlfriend all got laughs and a good time was had by all. The house was packed. Thanks for the support.
